Shipping policy

At Shop Haven, we strive to deliver your orders accurately and on time.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 5 to 8 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Shop Haven is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
